  HORRIBLE "SO CALLED" MANAGER... New staff and got my order and obviously she was brand new took my payment but didn't submit it, 2 orders after me were served and I was just sitting there, I went to the cash register to request a refund because I didn't have more than 5 minutes to take my med then hit the road for an appointment... the other girl kept apologizing till I felt bad and I assured to her I'm just in a hurry that's all and I will be back, I don't judge honest mistakes from brand new employees.... NOW the manager comes with a frown face didn't say a word to even acknowledge the miss up and simply made the refund and handed to me saying "here buddy".. on my way out I notice the girl that kept apologizing is pretty upset and crying even when it wasn't her to take my order, obviously the lake of manager said something ugly to her instead of taking the responsibility and say even "sorry" or ANYTHING which he never did......
  I am NOT your buddy, I am an executive chef on the LSU campus for 2 different locations and I wouldn't hire that so-called manager to deal with clients unless I train him first on how to show some respect and sense of courtesy first....
  
  It's a compliment for a picky chef like myself to choose Zaxby's for a quick grab a bite on the fly and I was planning on going back later when I have more time on hand but not anymore after seeing the lack of management that's dealing with such a nice establishment like it's a local hole-in-wall.
  
  Zaxby's... Ascension parish is too small you can't afford such a reputation for a brand new eatery!
