  I spent many months researching pool companies and obtaining bids from 9 contractors for construction of the pool design I already had finalized, so all companies were bidding on the same job. Brian was so much less expensive than 7 of the other 8 companies that it began to worry me ($20K - $30k less). The final bid I received was basically the same price as Brian so I knew it could be done for that price. Once we finalized the details, Brian's crew got started and worked 7 days a week for 5 weeks. When ready for plaster, the weather held them up for 3 weeks. Unfortunately, they put the wrong color plaster in, but Brian had no problem giving me the option to refund the entire amount of the plaster job (materials and labor) or replaster with the color I chose. After 2 weeks of debating the option, we decided to have the pool replastered. The pool was completed in 4 months, even with the weather delays, plaster issues, and minor tweeks to the design. At no time, did Brian ever ask for any additional money above what we agreed upon. He did not come around often, but anytime I called, he was very responsive. To think that I saved at least $20k - $30k for a pool that I am extremely happy with, I couldn't imagine going with anyone else.
